I think this is is a very well crafted album and really an exciting beginning of '15.
This album sure is costrasting - super tight rhythms and beats and great vocals while confusing to keep up - consistency though is a key feature for these contrasts.

i like the instrumentation but the vocals kind of get stale for me, as well as the song structures. some cool concepts but i wish they had pushed them a little further. great production
Love the band to death but this record just seems flat and completely unnecessary, some catchy outings in "No Cities to Love" and "Fangless", but other than that this 'comeback' record lacks the raw energy of their previous releases, and thus never really holds my interest for long

Like most of their stuff on first listen, I find myself liking them but not in love. Over time and a couple more listens it quickly becomes one of my favorites and this is no different.
