You can't mistake the Pretenders for Chrissie Hynde has such a recognizable voice. This is pretty much stock standard Pretenders. Nothing overly memorable on this and a few too many ballads for my liking. (Edited)

This album confirms I am a Chrissie Hynde fan. The songwriting and the sound is great.

Underrated album on this site, Stand By Me is a classic, Night In My Veins and Love Colours are great tracks. Most of the others are worth listening to, though 977 is a bit clunky and Tequila is a bit short.
