As almost terrible as this is, I think it let us see the demo side/essence of Cobain without the studio. More interesting than some whole "serious" albums. I also like how it shows how such a mediocre guitar player can also be the most amazing, if you leverage your strengths.
His cover of And I Love Her is a bit eerie and beautiful.
