Confesso que esse anti-folk do Beck não me pega forte.
More listenable than the first three albums, but still a little too individual for me to love...starting to see the Beck to be....the album finishes stronger than it begins.
Sad to see this album currently so low compared to Beck's other works.. personally my favourite of his. I'll take lo-fi anti-folk over his bland brand of sad music constantly competing to be better than his Korgis cover.
One time my favorite Beck, superb record.
