These songs are pretty fun, not all as obscure as you'd expect, and give a real sense of just how many bands went down this golden road.

A friend turned me on to this album in the early 80's which got me exploring 60's psychedelic music.Excellent introduction to a great era where some rising musicians got their start.

the marketing of this album is misleading...these were songs that I used to hear on our AM top 40 station the way you hear Black eyed peas or whatever crap they are playing on the radio today...it wasn't the fringe element back then. I have most of these on 45's
