Although the '80s J. Geils Band albums listed (LOVE STINKS and FREEZE-FRAME) are both great albums, to truly appreciate the J. Geils Band, look towards their more blues-rock influenced '70s releases. BLOW YOUR FACE OUT, "LIVE" FULL HOUSE, SANCTUARY, and MONKEY ISLAND are some of the best of the genre.
