OneRepublic makes a lot of safe songs. They are pretty good, but nothing sticks. The lyrics are solid, like sure, you can put them on a poster, but they don't really evoke much and aren't to technical. Every once in a while though they make something great. It usually happens when they get real honest or just get a little weird. Ryan Tedder has a good voice, but he's beginning to rely on the studio too much. He sings good, but he can't be 100% all the time, and he gets too caught up in his falsetto sometimes.
