One of my favourite guitarists. Probably best known for his involvement with King Crimson since 1981, but he has played extensively as a session musician for other artists. He provided guitar solos for Talking Heads throughout Remain in Light. He was lead guitar for Bowie on Lodger (listen again to Boys Keep Swinging). He also played lead in Bowie's Heroes tour and, more recently, in his greatest hits tour.
He also does some lovely surf guitar on God Shuffled his Feet by Crash Test Dummies. His solo albums are tremendous fun, usually involving Adrian doing animal impressions on his guitar (Elephants, Rhinos, seagulls, you name it).
