These are the best albums of the last 20 years (in my opinion) like excluding like superstars like you know Green Day and stuff.
I don't really care if you don't agree with me. If you have any comments or questions SHUT UP this is my list and my opinion.

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).

No offense, but if these are the greatest albums of all-time, I've wasted my life. And why are you "like excluding like superstars like you know Green Day and stuff?" If you truly believe Green Day made some of the best ever albums, you should include them on your chart. Or are you excluding them because you think it's uncool to like a band because they're popular? You did mention you were excluding "superstars like Green Day" which makes me believe you think an album is automatically uncool if it's popular, which is really ironic as many of the albums on your chart are very popular. I'd just like to make one thing clear to you - popularity SHOULD NOT affect your opinion of a particular album either way. Whether you despise all popular music or all unpopular music, I'm still not really sure, make sure to be a little less judgemental of music based on popularity. Let your ears decide what you like and not like, not your sense of "coolness." For example, there are a couple albums on your list I like, but I admittedly hate many of them. That's not because of how popular or unpopular they are, but because of my own personal opinion. Try to develop one of your own.

Nope... I don't buy that this was a trolling list. I think you genuinely like these albums. (Troll lists shoot for the obvious like Bieber, ICP, Creed, and Village People) It's too bad - there tonnes of great punk out there. Just not on this list.
