These are the best albums of the last 20 years (in my opinion) like excluding like superstars like you know Green Day and stuff.

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The curmudgeonly tone of the opening note is what makes this chart genuinely special. I wonder if the author knows you can disable member feedback on charts.

I adore this list for reasons I cannot explain. Perhaps because it has a voice and passion that you can't buy with money. Maybe it's because we all have "this friend".

Points for just not caring. (In a good way, not a sarcastic way). That said, the premise here is weird to me, as your top 6 are all "Superstars" ... I mean yeah, they're not Green Day, but it's not really underground or anything.

Nope... I don't buy that this was a trolling list. I think you genuinely like these albums. (Troll lists shoot for the obvious like Bieber, ICP, Creed, and Village People) It's too bad - there tonnes of great punk out there. Just not on this list.
