Taking my cue from Bobbyb5 I couldn't resist compiling a chart of my favourite disco songs. One of the best genres of dance music. It started the whole thing off. Point me towards the nearest dance floor!! Let's tear the roof off this sucka!!!

I like almost all of these. I don't know that one by Divine, but I love Jungle Jezebel. I used to have a 12-inch single of it. Divine was wearing a zebra skin dress or something like that on the cover. lol

I'd say it's rather worst disco songs chart. Man, it's such a beautiful genre, but first you have to know what it sounds like, because many of these songs aren't even disco. And those which actually are disco are very bad and commercial.

Great. There's a couple I don't know, like the ones by Bacara and Rose Royce and Tavares. Hues Corporation and Rod Stewart were a good idea. I would disqualify Daft punk just because of the time frame that they're in, and even though One More Time is one of the greatest songs ever.
