Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 2% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 84.3/100, a mean average of 83.8/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 84.5/100. The standard deviation for this track is 12.0.

Inspired by a lecture by the Maharishi during his stay in India, Paul recorded the song at a time when tensions in the recording studio rose to great heights and the atmosphere could be cut with a knife. It was one of Paul's solo projects for the album, something John greatly detested.
I think this is one of the best on the album.
This song is amazing, I just can't understand why Blackbird is so famous and not this song, which is way better in my opinion. It is probably my favorite song from the entire album!
The horns remind me of a time long passed like the 30s, like an old Routemaster bus, but driving through the countryside at sunrise. Lol
Awesome and beautiful track :)
One of my favourite tracks on the White album. It's a beautiful acoustic song, full of all the feelings of summer. Just as good as Blackbird, in my opinion, it's the Beatles ultimate Rishikesh song. Absolutely gorgeous.

Great gacoustic guitar riff and work by, and the lyrics are incredible, and the drums make it better

Such a beautiful song. But don't take my word for it. Listen to it. Now.

So peaceful, so acoustic and yet so atmospheric! Obviously the inspiration for my username! :D
