Well, as the 90th comment in this thread, I don’t know how much I could add to the conversation if I tried.
I’ll just say this might be my favorite Beatles song and one of my favorite songs ever.
Well, the Lennon part is good so I give this a 7 out of 10 but McCartney's part sucks.
As ambitious as it gets in Rock history, deeply influential.

Greatest rock track ever? possibly.
No superlative is too excessive for A Day in the Life. One of the greatest recordings of the 20th Century.
