the innocence mission return with pure magic. immediate, intimate, introspective songs longing for human connection. i think this is their best work yet, and that's really saying something. truly one of the most enchanting records i've ever come across. _________________ follow me on the bandcamp.

I'm so glad to see this. The Innocence Mission were a major part of me getting through 2020.
Similarly, this album of enchanted melancholy and slow decay felt especially powerful throughout the year. Not sure any other album better soundtracked the year for me.
