In most respects, I'll be running it in the same way as Listmeister's 1974 tournament, with one key exception. Rather than auto-nominating albums, I'll be excluding albums. Specifically, in order to make the outcome a bit less predictable, I'm excluding anything that's in the BEA forum regulars' top 150 (link) or was nominated in the recent +1500 tournament. That means the following albums are off the table:

No Talking, Just Head by The Heads
The forgotten project to replace David Byrne in the Talking Heads. Easy to find, full release, but a failed project due to a lawsuit. Would've been interesting to see The Heads fronted by Andy Partridge (XTC), Janet Napolitano (Concrete Blonde), Michael Hutchence (INXS), Debbie Harry (Blondie), Richard Hell (Television, The Voidoids), Gordon Gano (Violent Femmes), all of whom appear as lead singers at least once on this album. That's right BEA. This is The Talking Heads feat. the singers of XTC, Concrete Blonde, Blondie, INXS, Televsion, Violent Femmes, and The Voidoids. All bow.

This is Talking Heads without David Byrne. In other words, this is Tom Tom Club with Jerry Harrison on guitar.
