Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Megadeth are good at what they do. There are some great tracks on this but most are stock standard Megadeth. That's not a bad thing though. They're consistent and most tracks on this surpass that of the any music that similar genre bands put out. Hence why they're one of the few that can stay at the top of the thrash metal ladder
