"This is my #18 best album of 2016. This is probably her best album since 2001's All for You" or 1997's stellar "The Velvet Rope". It sounds current and relevant, while still maintain her identity. It doesn't sound like she's trying too hard. She's just being Janet. This is another album that's a ..."  [+]  Reply

"This is a band you'd love to hate. Sometimes the music feels a bit like a parody of rock music, a bit like the Swedish The Hives, but after a while one can't be anything than impressed by their wall-of-sound sound with tracks that contain elements of both punkrock and 80's Van Halen style hardroc..."  [+]  Reply

"A nice album, similar to this year's Case, Lang and veirs. Good songs, nice arrangements and wonderful performances from Dolly, Emmylou and Linda make this a thoroughly enjoyable record. Sweet music."  Reply

"Surely it's a very different album what you would expect from FF, but on the other hand I think it has a very mature sound. There are some weak songs, but in overall they have a complex sound which is a bit hard to fall in love with, but if you listen 2-3 times the whole album, you won't be able ..."  [+]  Reply

"This album is very short and sweet, but it's the perfect place to start listening to Randy Newman, not so much of the later acidic comedy boy stuff, but still enough subtlety and irony-tinged popular tunesmithery to keep your interest play after play. Classy."  Reply
