Unfairly criticised by thrash enthusiasts and Overkill fans because it deviated severely toward groove based metal following on from the masterful Horrorscope and thus suffering for being in its shadow. It’s a far more nuanced and interesting listen than some of their other straight-up thrash albums that I find a bit tiresome after a while. This is an album I can return to even if it is somewhat flawed in places
