All over the place, yet impressively feels like one cohesive unit. Yusef's smokey saxophone treads from Blues, to Soul, to Hard Bop, to Spiritual Jazz. For a "blue" album, it feels rather warm and cozy, but they may simply be the magic of Yusef Lateef's crafting.
