Featuring two compositions, Pulse and Quartet, written 2013 and 2015 respectively, demonstrates that Steve Reich, even at the age of 81, is still capable of producing work that is relevant and exciting to listen to.
As the music suggests, long may he keep composing music of this calibre, on and on.
