Conoscevo già i Roots ma non John Legend ed è stata una piacevole scoperta pur con un album di quasi tutte cover comunque rese con piglio personale e convincente. Poi alla fine l'originale che da sola varrebbe il disco se anche questo non fosse già valido di suo: "Shine".
