I think Anthony Phillips is my all-time favorite musician. His melodies and harmonies are so powerful and bittersweet, always bringing back memories and making you think deeply about life. I love this album even more than the Geese and the Ghost sometimes. It is extremely intimate sounding, as it the whole private parts and pieces series. My favorites are Tregenna Afternoons, Reaper, and the bonus track, Stranger
It may not be quite as extravagant as the geese and the ghost, but this is one of my favorite albums ever. These songs have a lot of character. I especially love Tregenna afternoons, Reaper, and the bonus track Stranger. Music for the soul.
