When I think of prolific artists 3 come to mind , Australia's King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard , Guided By Voices and The Brian Jonestown Massacre
'Something Else' is TBJTM's 5th album within the past 3 years and its the best one amongst this lot with terrific tracks such as opener "Hold That Thought" , "Skin and Bones" , "My Poor Heart" and album highlight "Who Dreams of Cats?"
Countering the good tracks are a bunch of so-so tracks as is the case with all TBJTM albums with examples such as "My Love" and album closer "Silent Stream" which is a boring 8 minute dirge that is down right awful
Worth a listen but skip the bad tracks
