Many songs are almost 85 but some of the last tracks are very throwback Nirvana stuff and not as good. General rating for this LP is 75/100

This album never stays on the shelf long. No need to list a fav track, just hit play and turn it up. Really hoping she makes another great album.

Really fun pop album - Live Through This might be better from a technical standpoint but this one is a lot more enjoyable. You can totally tell Corgan wrote a lot of these songs, which for me at least is a good thing.
Great pop album! I just dislike "Heaven Tonight."
One of my favorite records of the 90s. Tough and melodic at the same time. Highlights: the title track, "Northern Star," and "Petals," but this is a pretty consistently strong effort by Hole.

These guys once played on the shore of the Arctic Ocean with Metallica for a bunch of Inuit kids and Molson contest winners. Could you imagine? A hell of a show, I'm sure.

'Celebrity skin" gets my vote for best song of the 90s. her vocals are classic. Had she been born 20 years earlier, she could have been the queen of punk.
