Has taken a bit of getting into. The more I listen to it the more I like it. Musically it is a really good album but the vocals let it down a bit on some tracks, for example 'Last Living Man On Earth'.
Watched Hawkwind at the 50th Anniversary concert in Glasgow, which was excellent, and heard some tracks from this new album for first time. Bought copy following day and have to say it has grown on me.
I would say some of the new material is up there with my favourite tracks and overall a fine album. The second CD which is more "acoustic" based on past tracks is really good.
So overall an album I will listen to on a regular basis.
50 years on and still turning out a great tune, well done Hawkwind.
