At this time I don't know who Bobby D is, but it is an interesting start to the album. 'Rubber Arm' I had been listening to already and it did not capture my attention at first, but it has grown on me. 'No Plans' is a song I have been playing a lot. In my mind the JJJ Hottest 100 should be flipped, so this song was #1 not #100; I love it. I remember being in that stage of my life. 'Rock Bottom' is a breezy little number that most of us can relate too at some stage. 'Crazy' is as catchy as head bobbing at a political press conference. Great song. The slower 'Patience' is another fun song. After just two plays, 'Bad Habits' looks like it is going to spend a long time in my Current Favourites playlist, especially with cracking lines like, 'Like saying "like", like a million times.' And what a cool chorus. A great singalong. When I first saw the title of 'Stupid is as Stupid Does' with another artist 'featured' I was so worried the Dune Rats had joined nearly every uninspired artist on the planet to get a rapper in for a few 'Yeahs' and to rap the 3rd verse. Thankfully, this is not the case and the extra vocals had a sense of fun to this song. 'If My Bong Could Talk' sounds like it was written after a session; pretty weird lyrics but a punchy little tune. 'The Skids' slows things down again and is another easily relate-able and singable song. What a title for the last song! Yes, hopefully this is true. I am not fucking around; I know I love this album and it is going to get hammered by me. I love this stuff.
