The experimentation that made "Life of Leisure" so haunting was dropped in favor of an easy-listening, adult contemporary sound. Most of it sounds like elevator music to me, with no sense of memory or history, no edge at all.

I love the production here; a blend of shoegaze and melancholy pop riding a wave of 80's synths. So enjoyable.

This album is good in only certain ways. The sound is cool, it’s unique, it’s interesting and the arrangements are really cool. My main problem with this album is that the vocals are near impossible to hear. Whoever mixed this album must not have particularly cared about hearing the vocals because in some songs, they are basically inaudible. It’s an ok album, maybe worth giving a shot.

Their 2009's EP was really good, and this album is even better. a band to follow ...
