"Over The Top" is a bit of an upturn from TWRP'S previous outings. The album delivers on the hokey lyrics and tight basslines you would want. The Planet Booty feature on "Need Each Other" is a highlight with the contrast of vocals and heartfelt delivery. My main criticism is the song topics are not as memorable. There is a lot of TWRP'S optimism but it lacks the magic found in there best work. Aside from that, the album is still quite fun.
