They sound like ghosts here, floating memories of a past about to be forgotten forming transient structures of matter. This is enough to sound more alive than most (or maybe all) of the music in this decade of goodbyes. Shall we go singing country songs, you and I while we can...
The perfect album for 2020-21. It is the sound of music being made intimately outside. Destined to be a classic. My favorite album of 2021 so far.
