In a year already filled with standout Post-Hardcore/Emo-core/Screamo albums this is one that manages to stand above almost all of it. It’s quick, to the point and not a minute is wasted to express this almost inexpressible anguish, anger, pain. While the band is 2 musicians, to say they fill up the recording with oodles of music and power is an understatement. The production is brilliant, oppressive and heavy. The riffs and the drum onslaught is on point throughout. Anyway; I’m speaking in generalized gooey praise perhaps because this is a physical album and one that should be experienced.

This isn’t just a noisy and loud-for-the-sake-of-it album. There are lots of very cool and creative guitar riffs and drum fills and rhythmic changes that keep it engaging beyond the awesome enraged somatic power. The vocals and screaming are raw and excellent, and all told all 3 major elements of this sound work well together.

It’s just a badass, fiery screamo album that you’ll like if you like this kind of thing.
