The first two albums of legendary funk powerhouse group Cameo originally were released individually in 1977, but in 2010 SuperBird Records combined the albums in a two for one release (Cat#: SBIRD 0024). The albums are presented in their entirety and feature a total of 15 tracks. Larry Blackmon was the founding member of the band and still performs with the group to this day. These two albums demonstrate the influence of other funk groups of the era, Ohio Players, Earth Wind & Fire and Parliament, while Cameo establishes a sound specifically their own.
