Against the World is the eighth non-holiday studio album by pop-rock trio Hanson. The band is usually comfortable peppering their pop-rock with nods to old-school R&B and Michael Jackson. Here, some other influences are worn on their sleeves. There's nods to Springsteen on "Don't Ever Change," Queen on "Stronger," and U2 on the title track.
Anyone in the 2020s who is nostalgic for pop-rock and classic R&B will likely enjoy Hanson's Against the World record.
