Sea Power might have dropped the “British” from their monica but have also delivered a surprisingly good album here in 2022, which is highlighted by the cracker track “Folly” which somehow remarkably manages to out-New Order New Order with its 80’s synth, Peter Hook loosie goosie base line and Bernard Sumner vocal pitch. Close your eyes and you’ll swear its New Order circa 1986
