This 1996 compilation gathers together the top selections from MMEB's time as artists for Warner Bros. Records (Cat#: 9 46231-2) as it traces the ever-shifting membership of this often changing band. Manfred Mann can never be considered sedentary and routine - he was constantly shifting styles and focus. This era was considered his "hard rock" era, after dabbling in both pop and jazz in previous incarnations. His biggest hit is here in "Blinded By The Light" a moog heavy interpretation of a Bruce Springsteen penned classic. Authenticated on discogs.com
