So he may not be for everyone. But he was for my sisters and coincidentally my wife, but Barry is a performer - if you dont come away from a concert just immersed in all of the energy he puts on that stage your probably always going to be closed minded. This album was essential 70's listening in the house - from New York City Rhythm - taking all the energy from the city and smashing it into a 4 minute song, to Philly Bandstand Boogie to the flip side of writing the songs.
The two stand outs though are the angst of breakup on the title track and the fueled rant of a Nice Boy Like Me. (Edited)
