People hate on it way too mch (Edited)
Agree that the album is stronger up to Look After You but the strong tracks are VERY good
It starts off great and then declines a lot, the last tracks are barely even passable. But the first ones are great, How to Save a Life is fantastic, and songs like She Is, Over My Head, Heaven Forbid, Fall Away, are all worth a listen

People give it too much of a hard time because it was a very pop album at the time. I gave it a chance and was satisfied with most tracks. (Edited)
