A real feelgood and party album

The songs here are mostly toothless in comparison to the folk that came later, but there are a couple of decent tracks. “Fast Freight” is the most impressive...it has a timeless quality to it that most of the other songs here lack.

Before you judge this album... listen to Tom Dooley, "John B" and Scotch and Soda. After respecting them, you will start to like their humorous stuff too.
