La musica dei Clap your hands say yeah è un pop rock nervoso e sbarazzino, con qualche bella melodia, un po' scarno…
What a cracking album....I have purposefully waited to comment as it's a unique sounding album and didn't want to judge after just a listen or two. Good quality indie rock which makes me feel similarly to hearing In The Aeroplane Over The Sea - not really having heard anything quite like it before. The last track would be almost perfect without the continued repeat of 'child star', and track 2 is the best of a strong offering. Overall the album is better than the sum of it's individual parts. 9/10 and I'm a happy man.

I wanted to listen to this album since a long time and I'm not disappointed.
This is a really good indie rock album.
Favorite tracks: Over & Over Again (Lost & Found), The Skin Of My Yellow Country Teeth, Is This Home On Ice
Less favorite tracks: Heavy Metal, Blue Turning Gray, Gimme Some Salt

An amazing debut, shame they somehow fell on the way later on. "The Skin of My Yellow Country Teeth" and "Over and Over Again" are just superb energy shots.

OMG I was so wrong about this album. 10 years later and it still sounds fresh and exciting. I definitely enjoy it much more now than back then. Is this love ?

I don't know what y'all are talking about, the vocals are amazing. Their uniqueness is one of the only things that elevates this over similar indie rock. The Skin of My Yellow Country Teeth is amazing but the rest of the album doesn't quite live up to it unfortunately.
