Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. "A Place in The Sun" was perhaps the last listenable "90's summer-themed" album that received airplay on modern rock radio stations in the US. Drenched in summer lyrics & California sunshine (much like material from Sublime, Sugar Ray & No Doubt), Lit briefly hit the big time. Then BOOM!!! Rock radio moved onto Nickelback, Limp Bizkit & Linkin Park and never looked back. "A Place in the Sun" is now lost forever in a sea of 90's nostalgia along with Len, The Flys & Oleander. You're going to have to really dig to find this stuff in 10 years. Get it while you can-
