Every song is magical. This is album you really have to lose your mind to, it's euphoria, close your eyes, slow your heart beat and the 10 minute songs will pass over you like seconds. Surrender yourself and you will find a new world of music that hasn't been repeated by anyone, even Sigur Ros. Sweeping melodies and touching vocals - this is the entire post-rock package. God-damn, I can't even describe this album with words. Poignant, unparalleled perfection.

This album is the perfect musical manifestation of a snowy winter night where the ground is covered in white and the sky is filled with stars. It's probably the most emotional, gorgeous, and dreamy album ever recorded. The album has many highs, and the highest of those has to be the climax of Viòrar Vel Til Loftárása, where a wall of a shoegazing guitars and the strings come together into the most beautiful minute and a half of music you will ever hear in your life.

Forget all I said in the past about Sigur Ros. That's history. This is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever listened to in my life. It's one of the most innovative, gorgeous, emotional albums ever to be written and I'm glad to say that I finally understand what the hype was all about. I've had this album for a while and after listening to Explosions In The Sky for the first time, I couldn't help but remember how much better this was artistically than that album. So I gave this a listen with the volume cranked and let the music wash over me. Can't believe I didn't realize the album's power sooner.
I doubt this will ever leave my top 10.

Probably the purest form of music ever conceived. Brilliant orchestral compositions and very tasteful choices made by the drummer. Even language is reinvented for the sole purpose of its aesthetic impact, rid of all lexical baggage.

This album is absolutely amazing .. I dont even understand know what they're saying .. But that doesnt matter, it almost solidifies the fact that this albums is a truley unique listening experience .. Its one of a kind, I dont think you'll find many bands quite like this
