Sort of dreamy and atmospheric, but with bits of psychedelia and Americana thrown in just to prevent people from calling it "shoegaze." They're from Oklahoma, but I wouldn't compare them to the Flaming Lips, though the singer does have a pleasant tenor sort of voice. I'm more tempted to compare them to Real Estate or even the Beach Fossils, but they have a bit more of that edgy post-punk sound, so I might actually like them better than Real Estate and the Beach Fossils. Basically, I don't know what say about them. Also I pride myself in resisting most forms of temptation.
