Another classic Mott the Hoople album. A lot of critics seem to come to the conclusion that this is the 'weaker' of the albums, Mott, and, The Hoople, but as far as i'm concerned they're as good as each other. Manly glam at it's best.
My single favorite Mott the Hoople album. I listen to this more than the compilation. Picked it up in a bargain bin on vinyl, showing my age now. However, it is my favorite because it's cohesive and has minimal weak spots. It also has my favorite Hoople song "Roll Away The Stone". I know everyone leans towards "Mott" as their best, but I prefer this album and would recommend this album as Mott the Hoople's best.
