Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 5% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 76.0/100, a mean average of 77.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 77.6/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.2.

I had a complete 180 with this album. It was by far my least favourite Haustor album, I thought the songs were too long and just dragged out any good moments they had. Now I can't stop listening to it. I still find the opening and closing track to be guilty of the exact things I mentioned, but even those aren't too bad. Others I absolutely love. It's a "laid back" album. A nice selection of instruments, too. Flutes and piano in addition to their signature brass section and some interesting percussion throughout.
The best track has to be the Radnička klasa odlazi u raj ("The working class is going to heaven"). It's different to other tracks, it's shorter, doesn't "drag out" and repeat the riffs and motives like other songs do. It's about in the same category as songs like Happiness is a Warm Gun or A Day in the Life, where so much happens within a song, it makes itself seem longer (and more "epic") than it is (which is only three minutes). The lyrics are fantastic as well.
One of the best albums of Yugoslav rock scene. A true master piece that just grows with every listening.
