Released in 1991 as the sophomore effort by Hip-Hop emissaries Nice & Smooth as the title indicates "Ain't A Damn Thing Changed" from the first album. This 2nd album (Cat: CK47373) released on Columbia Records/Rush Associated Labels - also features the duo providing they're rhymes over a variety of beats from ballads to fiery hype tracks. Of course the subject matter is ladies and "Sex, Sex, Sex". They also offer a rap for dummies track called "How To Flow". Authorized on discogs.com
