stina's breathy little-girl vocal delivery is not going to be to everyone's taste, but i think she uses it to great effect. this album features covers ranging from the old standard "i dream of jeannie" to prince's "purple rain". she takes the songs and makes them her own -- rather than trying to sound like the originals -- which is what i enjoy most from a covers album.
