This was the first album i know from my early childhood times together with porgy and bess. The cover still seemed magic for me when I was 10, but the music opened a world that hasn't ended since then - probably because it just sums up everything catchy and relevant of the mop-top Beatles
Yes it a good album, especially for someone who want,s to get to know the Beatles early year,s.MY FAVOURITE period is from Rubber Soul to White album.
A good Beatles compilation at the time. All the hits and some non single album tracks, and the only place where you could get, bad boy. A nice psychedelic cover too, even though it doesn't have a lot to do with the music inside. I used to have this on cassette. It's still an excellent round up of the band's first half of their career.
