This compilation was my introduction to what became one of my favorite bands ever. After producing 5 brilliant albums that went virtually unheard, the Vigilantes of Love finally got a record deal on a major label: Warner Brothers. The WB decided the best thing to do would be to assemble a compilation using tracks from 4 out of the first 5 albums (they couldn't secure the rights to the 5th from the publishing company). They elected to use songs that focused on their faith and push the album in the Christian music market. They added 4 new songs including one that became their signature song in the Christian market: Double Cure. This album is highly recommended for fans of Dylan's Christian albums and good roots based music in general.
