This is a surprisingly good follow-up to "broadcast", formed in the same pop/rock mold as that more successful album. I say "surprisingly" based on the non-existent radio airplay of any tracks from this album at the time. Now, "scattering" doesn't have a mega-hit like "(i just) died in your arms" or "one for the mockingbird", but otherwise is just as good as its predecessor. Best track is the parenthetically-endowed (to remind us of their big hit?) "(between a) rock and a hard place". If you liked "broadcast", i suggest giving this a shot.
