A great compilation of Rod Stewart's solo work & with the Faces recorded between 69-74 when he/The Faces released 9 albums between them, included here are the best album tracks and 6 non album singles.

I cant say ive much time for Rod Stewart, but this early period of his career shows what sort of an artist he could have been if he had not sold out and started releasing crap like sailing and do ya think im sexy?. The first disc on this double collection is really good, the second disc, not so much. With Ronnie Wood behind him on guitar there are some great songs on this, The pick of them being Faces Songs Stay With Me and Had Me A Real Good Time. The cover of (I Know) im Losing You is pretty good too.
