This record is a short listen, and may be interesting for those familiar with Dick Dale or The Ventures, or anyone who wants to learn about one of the surf rock bands that influenced later successes like The Beach Boys. It features instrumental tracks, the first of which is great and has a really bouncy and entertaining piano melody. Unfortunately, after the title track the rest of the record is too slow and repetitive to hold one's interest if the listener is accustomed to more robust instrumental music. It may be good in the background, but isn't great to listen to independetally.
