Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 7% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 75.4/100, a mean average of 74.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 75.6/100. The standard deviation for this album is 13.6.

Pas un chef d'œuvre du psychédélique mais tout de même un bon voir très bon album.
Mona est le sommet du disque pour moi.

Probably one of the most overrated albums ever. Have this on vinyl somehow, not much longer.
One of the finest psychedelic rock recordings of the San Francisco '60s scene.
Wonderful guitar playing. As others have said, It does loose it’s way a little at times but I can forgive that as the overall feel is fantastic. Quality album
Has not stood up particularly well to my ears, rarely listen to it except with guests from back then...
One of the best albums of '69. John Cipollina is on great form, ably supported by Gary Duncan, but the album doesn't really fire on all cylinders throughout to be considered a masterpiece.
pretty great. improvised jazzy bluesy guitar and classic rock and roll

Momentos de puro brilho, mas não mto regular.

I love quicksilver, and this is a great album.
Great psychedelic almost instrumental album. Parts of the music on side two could fit a cowboy movie, given the drama created between the guitar and rhythm section. Perhaps this was intended looking at the rear off the sleeve artwork and text. It offers something different to a lot of the psychedelia around at the time. I like it and don't find it boring as some do.
